This Privacy Policy explains how TODO: Legal name (e.g. "Aleksiy Syutkin, sole proprietor") ("Syutkin Team", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit syutkin.team or use our online triathlon coaching services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your training goal, race date, chosen plan, and anything you write in the message field of our contact form.
• Coaching data: if you become a client, training and health-related information you share with your coach (for example training history, injuries, heart-rate and power data synced through TrainingPeaks or similar platforms).
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), the page you landed on, and the referring website. We store these in your browser and attach them to your inquiry so we know which campaign brought you here.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel collect device, browser, and usage data to measure our website and advertising. See section 5.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule an intro call.
• To deliver coaching services, build and adjust your training plan, and communicate with you.
• To process payments (handled by third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card numbers).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising campaigns.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Health information

Coaching involves information about your fitness, injuries, and health. We use this information only to coach you safely. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. Our coaching is not medical advice; see the health disclaimer in our Terms of Service.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate:

• Lead delivery (email and Telegram notifications to the coach).
• Training platforms (TrainingPeaks or similar) once you become a client.
• Payment processors.
• Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) as described below.

We never sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel. These services set cookies and may link your visit to your Google or Facebook account for ad measurement and audience building. You can decline these cookies in the banner on our site, opt out at Google Ads Settings and Facebook Ad Preferences, or block cookies in your browser.

6. Data retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client coaching data is kept for the duration of the coaching relationship and up to 3 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise these rights, email TODO: legal@syutkin.team. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. International transfers

Our coach is based in Europe and our website is hosted in the EU. If you are in the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in Europe. We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without parental consent.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
